"People who say it cannot be done should not interrupt those who are doing it."
- George Bernard Shaw
This was our largest family trip to date, over three weeks, for a very thorough tour of Croatia and a side quest over to Belgrade, Serbia, all by way of our trusty Suzuki Vitara rental car. In that time we visited the most amazing national park I've ever experience, beautiful coastal cities that were thousands of years old, as well as Tanja's childhood home and hometown. All in all it was an amazing trip and I know I can't wait to get back someday!
Ready to adventure in Dubrovnik

Mel's always ready to pose.

Love the red rooftops.
From the fortress walls overlooking the town.
Our room in Pakoštane was a beautiful surprise.

I could get used to this sort of place.

And of course, a Starbucks!
Belgrade Fortress, first built in 279 BC, has pickleball courts.
Our room was amazing, but it was almost too hot to sit outside!
Mmmm...yum.
This cool car.
And this cool car.
And, our great little Suzuki, which serves us well all 1300 miles of driving on our trip.
